Cancellation Policy

For salon and spa services, we ask that all appointments be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. Joelle's requires twenty-four (24) hour notice in the event of a cancellation. If full notice is not provided, we will bill for the entire amount of services reserved.
