PAYMENT AND BILLINGMethods of Accepted Payment are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We are unable to accept cash or checks through the website, although we will accept them on premises. RETURNS AND EXCHANGESAn original sales receipt clearly showing purchase price and date must accompany the item being returned and the return must be done within 30 days of purchase. Without a receipt, no exchange will be given. Refund will not be given in the form of cash nor reverse charge on credit card. When accompanied by a receipt, store credit will be issued in the form of products, services or gift cards. There are absolutely no exceptions to these terms.
Terms and Conditions (for in-store services)All haircuts are guaranteed to your satisfaction. If within one week you are not 100% satisfied with your haircut, we will recut and style your hair at our expense. All chemical services are guaranteed only when Joelle's recommended hair care products are used. Our hair care products are formulated to work in conjunction with the chemical services you have received. If you are not 100% satisfied within 2 weeks of your chemical service, we will gladly redo the service at our expense. |
